One ERP.

I'm a Senior D365 Finance & Operations Consultant based in Cheltenham, UK, with a dual background as a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert (MB-700). I've delivered end-to-end ERP implementations across pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, manufacturing, IT services, healthcare, and retail sectors.

My work spans the full project lifecycle — from requirement workshops and FRD authoring through configuration, UAT, data migration, and post go-live support. I've led rollouts across UK, Europe, Middle East, North America, and Asia Pacific.
